This form opens your email client with a pre-filled message to the club — there's no server behind it, so nothing is stored or sent anywhere except directly to our inbox.

This is a mailto: form — it opens the visitor's own email app. If your club wants messages to land directly in an inbox without that step, you'd need a simple form-backend (e.g. Formspree), which needs a few minutes of separate setup — ask if you want that added later.
